TOTAL SATISFACTION CONTRACT

| American Digital Imaging guarantees the satisfactory performance of your copier for three (3) years from the date of installation or term of lease, whichever is longer. If the equipment does not perform satisfactorily, American Digital Imaging will exchange it for the same or a comparably equipped model, provided continuous paid maintenance has been performed by American Digital Imaging and only American Digital Imaging authorized supplies have been used. If equipment has been leased for a term longer than three (3) years, then this guarantee will be in force for the entire lease term. | | |
